Relevant Regulations

Project Discussions

  • Be sure to meet with the advisor for discussion at least once a month and keep a record, and upload it to Tronclass by the deadline.

    • Discussion does not necessarily need to be in person; online discussions are allowed, but attendance proof must be provided.

  • After completing each project discussion record, it must be confirmed and signed by the advisor before uploading the scanned file.

  • The submission deadline for each month is the 5th of the following month. For example, the March meeting record should be uploaded before April 5.

Graduation Committee

  • Participation in the Graduation Committee is one of the necessary conditions for all project students. Failure to attend without a valid reason will result in a failing grade for the entire group.

  • Each group must appoint two representatives to participate in the Graduation Committee.

  • The appointed representatives must attend every meeting and execute the assigned tasks properly.

  • The attendance and task completion of the two representatives will affect the scores of the entire group, so other group members should remind them to attend the meetings.

  • If a representative cannot attend a meeting or continue as a representative for any reason, another member should be appointed as a replacement.

  • Graduation Committee members will have an adjustment in flexible scores for their additional responsibilities beyond regular coursework.

Project Presentation

  • Participation in the Project Presentation is a necessary condition for all project students. Failing to attend without a valid reason will result in a failing grade for that student.

  • During the presentation, each student must present on stage.

    • Failure to present without a valid reason will result in a zero score for the presentation.

Data Submission Rules

  • Throughout the project, each group must submit and complete various documents on time. Late submission is strictly prohibited.

  • If data is incorrectly submitted or has significant deficiencies requiring resubmission, it will be considered late.

  • Penalty for late submission is as follows:

    1. Meeting Records: 1 point will be deducted from the group score for each day of delay.

    2. First Three Chapters: 2 points will be deducted from the group score for each day of delay for each required document.

    3. Complete Version: 2 points will be deducted from the group score for each day of delay for each required document.

    4. Other Documents: 2 points will be deducted from the group score for each day of delay for each required document.
