Located in Los Angeles, CIAM was founded in 2011 and is dedicated to graduate-level education in liberal arts management, inspired by the philosophy of Peter Drucker, the father of modern management. In 2025, CIAM launched the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL), a program centered on Drucker's leadership principles, aiming to cultivate high-performing organizational leaders. CIAM also offers 12 full-tuition scholarships annually, each covering $20,000 USD in tuition and fees.

Dr. Mills highly praised Fu Jen Catholic University for its dedication to Catholic education and its remarkable achievements. He also acknowledged the College of Management for maintaining AACSB accreditation and actively engaging in academic collaborations with prestigious universities across Europe and North America. Dr. Mills extended a sincere invitation to Fu Jen to recommend students for CIAM’s graduate programs and scholarship opportunities.
